MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER
DOMINIC J. SQUATRITO, District Judge.
On March 13, 2009, the Court issued its decision granting summary judgment in favor of VP Consolidated Holdings, Inc., n/k/a Vareo Pruden Buildings, Inc., the sole remaining defendant in this case. See TD Properties, LLC v. VP Bldgs., Inc., 602 F.Supp.2d 351 (D.Conn.2009). On March 16, 2009, the clerk entered judgment in favor of the defendant on all counts of the plaintiffs amended complaint. (See dkt. #83.)
The defendant has filed a bill of costs, wherein it seeks reimbursement for certain costs associated with this case.…
