Plaintiff, an African-American, has brought this action against Defendant, alleging that he suffered a racially-hostile work environment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. and Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 151B. Defendant filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, which was referred to Chief Magistrate Judge Kenneth P. Nei-man for Report and Recommendation.
