TALIAFERRO, Judge.

Plaintiff was injured by a collision with the Chevrolet roadster of defendant Long-Bell Lumber Sales Corporation operated by Frank Potts, Jr., a minor, in the intersection of Margaret place and Southern avenue, in the city of Shreveport, at the hour of 6 p. m., December 30, 1931; At this intersection the avenue, which runs north and south, is -35 feet wide between curbs, and Margaret place is 23¾ feet wide from curb to curb.
