HAMITER, Judge.

East Cypress street, which runs east and west in the city of Bastrop, is a paved thoroughfare thirty feet in width, and traverses, at right angles, the right of way and tracks of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company at a point approximately three blocks from the courthouse of More-house parish. This right of way is approximately sixty feet in width.
