INTRODUCTION
Renie Guimond (“Guimond”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Trans Union Credit Information Co. (“Trans Union”) on her claims under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1681, and the California Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act (“CCRAA”), California Civil Code § 1785.1 et seq., alleging that Trans Union failed to correct inaccurate information in a consumer credit report and failed to disclose the source of the inaccurate information.
