Plaintiff Vivian Peikin, a former employee of Defendant Kimmel & Sulverman, P.C. (“Kimmel & Silverman”), a Pennsylvania professional corporation, filed this lawsuit against her former employers, alleging that she was harassed and discriminated against on account of her age and gender.
