REQUESTED BY: Rod Johnson, Chairman Nebraska Public Service Commission By letter dated December 12, 1995, the Nebraska Public Service Commission ["Commission"] requested our opinion regarding the jurisdiction of the Commission to regulate taxicab service provided between Eppley Airport to points in Omaha, Nebraska. The issue has arisen as a result of a petition for a declaratory ruling filed by 5th Avenue Cab of Council Bluffs, Iowa [the "Petitioner"].
