¶1 In May 2011, IndyMac Bank foreclosed on a residence located at 6333 Bristlecone Place, Billings, Montana (Bristlecone property). A Trustee’s Sale was scheduled for September 2011, and the required affidavit of mailing was timely recorded. The sale was subsequently rescheduled, and a cancellation notice was filed as well as a second Notice of Trustee’s Sale announcing the new sale date.
