¶1 Isaac James Cardona appeals from an order of the Sixth Judicial District Court, Park County, terminatinghis parental rights by default judgment. We reverse.
¶2 The sole issue presented for review is whether the District Court abused its discretion when it terminated Cardona’s parental rights.
BACKGROUND
