¶1 Plaintiff JAS, Inc. appeals the order of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County, which granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment and voided the Trustee’s Sale at which JAS purchased the property at issue. After the Trustee’s Sale, JAS brought a quiet title action to the property against all the defendants listed in the caption of this case including Mortgage Electronic Systems, Inc.
