KIRKLAND, District Judge.

A special grand jury has been convened in the District of Columbia to investigate possible violations of Title 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1-23, Federal Anti-Trust Laws. Voluminous subpoenas duces tecum have been served on various oil companies.
