OPINION
MacMAHON, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Diematic Manufacturing Corp. (Diematic), seeks an order staying certain arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association, entitled “Packaging Industries, Inc., Petitioner vs. Diematic Manufacturing Corp., Respondent/Commercial Arbitration.” The proceedings were commenced pursuant to a demand for arbitration made by defendant Packaging Industries, Inc.
