Respondent-appellant Armor Elevator Company, Inc. (Armor) appeals from two orders of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Dudley B. Bonsai, Judge, which directed Armor to arbitrate certain disputes it had with petitioner-appellee N. V.
