This is an appeal from a final decree which: (1) declared an agreement for the sale of land null and void because entered into “as a result of business compulsion and economic duress imposed upon” plaintiff-appellee National Auto Brokers Corporation (hereinafter Nab-cor) by defendant-appellant Aleeda Development Corporation (hereinafter Aleeda); and, (2) ordered specific performance of a prior writing which proposed that Nabcor be granted an option to purchase the land in question and which provided that an agreement for sale of the land would be consummated by the parties if…
