The margin between the amount of benefits to be obtained and the cost of the work is conceded to be but a narrow one.

It is frankly conceded that if substantial damages to appellant must be included in the construction cost of such drainage under the provisions of ch. 88, Stats, (the Farm Drainage Law), and particularly sub.
