This matter is before this court upon its request for further briefing from the parties concerning the court’s previous ruling, dated September 8, 1997, granting Defendants, State of Indiana (“State”) and Indiana Department of Transportation’s (“INDOT”) (collectively, the “defendants”) Motion to Dismiss plaintiffs Title VII sexual harassment claims.
