This is an appeal from a decree of the Federal District Court of Puerto Rico in a bill in equity brought by the Eastern Sugar Associates (hereinafter referred to as the petitioners) praying that the respondents and each of them, their agents, attorneys, and servants, and any person or persons claiming under them by virtue of any title or titles derived from said respondents, be enjoined from interfering with the petitioners’ use and enjoyment of a certain right of way and railway line, and that it be adjudged and decreed that the petitioners have, and are entitled to…
