Plaintiffs Chris Cacace (“Cacace”) and Culinary Edge Creations, LLC (“CEC”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) bring this patent infringement action against Defendants Meyer Corporation, U.S. (“Meyer U.S.”) and its affiliate, Meyer Marketing (Macau Commercial Offshore) Co., Ltd.
