This case involves one of three related bond validation proceedings, all of which concern the redevelopment of an area of downtown Atlanta commonly referred to as “The Gulch.”1 After several days of hearings, the trial court concluded that issuance of the bonds in this case would be sound, feasible, and reasonable.
