Smith v. Board of Commissioners of Roads & Revenues

This is a suit brought by certain Hall County taxpayers and certain employees of the Hall County Fire Department seeking injunctive relief against a contract entered into by the Hall County Board of Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as "Commissioners”). The plaintiffs ask the court to declare the contract invalid in its entirety and also challenge specific provisions of the contract.
