MARIS, District Judge.

This is a bill in equity for an injunction to restrain a Deputy Commissioner of the United States Employees’ Compensation Commission from enforcing an award of compensation made by him under the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, § 1 et seq., as amended, 33 U.S. C. c. 18, § 901 et seq., 33 U.S.C.A. § 901 et s.eq. The plaintiff has moved for an interlocutory injunction, pending final hearing, and in support of its motion urges that it will be irreparably damaged by -the enforcement of-the order.
