MEMORANDUM OPINION

KEVIN R. HUENNEKENS, Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the Court is the Amended Objection to Confirmation (the “Objection”) filed by Chapter 13 Trustee Carl Bates (the “Trustee”). The Objection asserts that the Debtor failed to commit all of his projected disposable income to his proposed Chapter 13 plan. An evidentiary hearing on the Objection was conducted on February 2, 2011, at which counsel for the Trustee and counsel for the Debtor presented their respective positions (the “Hearing”).
