MEMORANDUM OPINION ON MOTION OF U.S. TRUSTEE TO DISMISS CHAPTER 7 CASE

This cause came on for hearing on January 16, 2007, upon the United States Trustee’s (the “UST”) Motion to Dismiss the above Chapter 7 case (Doc. 37). Present at the hearing were Pamela Rice representing the United States Trustee and Donald R. Jillisky representing Thomas R. Jewell and Michelle F.
