Introduction

This matter is before the Court on Appellant Shannon Sturm’s (“Sturm”) appeal from two bankruptcy court orders. The first order, entered on January 7, 2011, conditionally granted Appellee United States Trustee’s (“the Trustee”) Motion to Dismiss for Abuse pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b).
