This is a purported securities class action brought under §§ 11, 12(a)(2), and 15 of the Securities Act of 1933 (the “1933 Act”).1 The issue before the Court is whether to grant Lead Plaintiffs2 motion to certify a class of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired common stock from Defendant Kosmos Energy Ltd. (“Kosmos”), through its May 10, 2011 initial public offering (“IPO”), and were damaged thereby.
