MEMORANDUM
CAPUTO, District Judge.
Plaintiffs filed the present action asserting claims for misrepresentation, negligence and consumer fraud under the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, 73 P.S. §§ 201-1 to 201-9.2. Defendant filed a motion for summary judgment which is fully briefed and ripe for disposition. For the reasons discussed below, defendant’s motion shall be granted.
