SULLIVAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a Delaware corporation, filed herein its complaint in the nature of a derivative action on behalf of the defendant Pioneer Publishing Company, an Illinois corporation, to enforce a secondary right of the stockholders of defendant corporation against its officers and directors.
