This appeal stems from a dispute between neighbors over the use of an old road in rural Putnam County. After the owners of one tract began to erect a fence across the road, the owners of the neighboring tract filed suit in the Chancery Court for Putnam County seeking injunctive and declaratory relief concerning their right to continue to use the road to gain access to their property.
