VELA, District Judge.
Currently before this Court are appeals filed by the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”), the Amalgamated Council of Greyhound Local Unions (“Union”) and the Administrator, Ohio Bureau of Employment Services (“Ohio Bureau”).
Greyhound Lines Inc., (“Greyhound”) operates the only nationwide, inter-city ground transportation network in this country and employs several thousand people nationwide.
