On November 14, 2011, Defendant Bank of America, N.A., as successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., (“BAC” or “Defendant”) filed a motion to dismiss Plaintiff Ronnie Miller’s first amended complaint (“FAC”) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
