The appellants filed suit against the appellees for breach of contract, breach of implied contractual covenants of good faith and fair dealing, fraud, interference of contract, violation of the Arkansas Unfair Practices Act, and violation of the Arkansas Franchise Practices Act. The trial court granted summary judgment for the appellees, holding that the Unfair Practices Act did not apply to interstate price discrimination and that the remaining claims were barred by the applicable statutes of limitations.
