MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY INJUNCTION

The plaintiff Pilar Davila is the owner of slightly less than four acres of residential property located on the east side of West Road in New Canaan, Connecticut and known as 595 West Road. The defendant Bump, LLC (Bump) owns approximately five and a half acres of residential property to the east of the Davila property known as 559 West Road.
