Appellant, the National Can Company, a Michigan corporation, sued appellee, the Weirton Steel Company, a West Virginia corporation, serving process upon H. M. Easton as the agent of appellee at Chicago. The declaration alleges that appellant and appellee entered into an agreement under the. terms of which appellee agreed to furnish and deliver to appellant at Detroit, Michigan, certain tin plate; that there was a breach of this agreement and consequent damages to appellant, for which the suit is brought.
