This is an original action in habeas corpus instituted by the petitioner, Clarence P. Adams, for the purpose of securing his release from confinement in the Oklahoma State Penitentiary.
At a hearing held before this court the following facts were disclosed: On November 30, 1924, petitioner was sentenced to serve a term of twenty-five years imprisonment in the Oklahoma State Penitentiary by the district court of Washington county, upon a conviction which he had sustained for the crime of robbery with firearms; thereafter in May, 1931, the petitioner was released upon parole, and while he was at…
