A. Edward Harnik on March 30, 1957, filed his petition for review of an order of the Referee entered on March 26, 1957, requiring the bankrupt to turn *505over to the Referee in Bankruptcy the sum of $6,127. The question for determination is whether the Referee, under the evidence reflected by the record, was justified in entering the turnover order.
