The bankrupt, Bosser, was committed to jail for contempt of court, in that he failed to obey the order of the referee to turn over to the trustee $2,500 alleged to have been a part of his estate when he was adjudged a bankrupt, and to have been in his possession when the order for him to deliver it to the trustee was made.
