Affirming.
This appeal deals with that portion of the John B. Gorham estate in which Elizabeth Clark Wood Mahoney was designated as the immediate beneficiary.
Under the 5tb clause of John B. Gorham’s will he devised two farms, one in Scott County and one in Fayette County, to the Security Trust Company as trustee. An undivided Vz interest therein was to be held in trust for the benefit of John W. Marr; and .an undivided % interest each to appellees, W. C. H.
