Affirming.
In the main the question presented is the power of a court of chancery to adjudge the sale of the interest of an infant in real estate under the provisions of Civil Code of Practice, sec 489, as amended by the Act of 1944, Acts 1944, Ch. 20, Code Supplement 1944, which Act partially amended Ch. 137, Acts 1942, relating to the same subject.
