Affirming.

This action was brought, pursuant to section 491, Civil Code, by the life tenant and remaindermen to obtain a decree for the sale of four hundred and ten acres of land in Clark County, described in the petition, and the reinvestment of its proceeds in other real estate. By the judgment rendered, the sale of the land was ordered as prayed in the petition; and it was thereafter sold at public auction, after due advertisement, by the master commissioner to the appellant, Ben. D. Goff, the highest and best bidder, at the price of $170.70 per acre,…
