In this diversity case involving the interpretation of the Georgia Motor Vehicle Accident Reparations Act, O.C.G.A. § 33-34-1 et seq. (the Georgia No-Fault Act), plaintiff Albert Jones (Jones) appeals three separate orders by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
