We withdraw our opinion dated April 26, 2016 to correct a factual statement. The order of April 26, 2016 remains in effect. This is now the opinion of the Court.
This is a mandamus proceeding arising from a county court at law order abating a post-foreclosure eviction case on the basis that title was in dispute and the subject of a separate district court proceeding.
