Heather Fenton v. Hisan, Inc.
Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION
MERRITT, Circuit Judge.
In this coworker sexual harassment case brought by plaintiff Fenton, the primary issues are whether her employer, HiSAN, Inc., discriminated against her by creating a hostile work environment and retaliated against her for complaining about the con duct of her coworker. 1 We agree with the district court that the employer is not liable and should be granted summary judgment.
