This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of San Saba county on special issue findings of a jury in favor of Shoemake in a suit brought by the Southern Surety Company to set aside an award of the Industrial Accident Board. Appellant issued an insurance policy under the Workmen’s Compensation Act to J. R. Horn & Sons, who were constructing a hotel building in San Saba. Tex.
