Plaintiff-Appellants Eugene Loren (“Loren”) and Danielle Hagemann (“Ha-gemann”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) appeal the district court’s order granting Defendant Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan’s (“BCBSM”) Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ claims brought pursuant to Sections 502(a)(2) and 502(a)(3) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), codified in 29 U.S.C. §§ 1132(a)(2) and 1132(a)(3), respectively. 1 Plaintiffs allege that BCBSM violated its fiduciary duties under ERISA, and they seek to represent a class of all participants and…
