The plaintiff, as executor of the estate of Judith D. DeFelice (DeFelice), brought this malpractice action against Nashoba Community Hospital, Inc., and its employee, Dr. Charles Robinson1 to recover damages sustained as a result of Dr. Robinson’s alleged negligence in failing correctly to diagnose DeFelice’s uterine cancer. A medical malpractice tribunal convened pursuant to G.
