Appellant Charles Desfosses (hereinafter “Desfosses” or “plaintiff”) brought this action for damages against Appellee Wallace Energy, Inc. (hereinafter “Wallace”) for claims arising out of the nonrenewal of a gasoline service station lease and franchise agreement.
