MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

This action arises out of personal injuries allegedly sustained by the plaintiff, Brinett Palmer, as a result of an accident that occurred on December 21, 2006 while the plaintiff was a passenger on board the Norwegian Spirit, an ocean cruise ship operated by the Norwegian Cruise Line (“Norwegian”). Both the plaintiff and the defendants now move for summary judgment. For the reasons set forth below, the Court grants the defendants’ motion for summary judgment, dismisses the plaintiffs claims in them entirety, and deems all other pending…
