THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendant, Carnival Corporation’s (“Carnivalf’s]”) Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint (“Motion”) [ECF No. 9], filed July 17, 2012. Plaintiff, Jane Doe, “a minor, by and through her mother, natural guardian and best friend, Susan Doe,” filed a Complaint [ECF No. 1] sounding in negligence against Carnival on June 14, 2012.
