PER CURIAM: *

Primarily at issue is whether the district court abused its discretion in abstaining. After Willie E. and Linda M. Knox defaulted on their mortgage payments, but before Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, could foreclose on the Knoxes’ property that secured the loan, they filed an action against Na-tionstar in state court. Nationstar removed it to federal court based on diversity jurisdiction. Nationstar then filed a separate action in the same federal court, seeking to compel arbitration, pursuant to the arbitration agreement the parties executed in conjunction with the mortgage. The…
