THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendants C.R. Gurule, Inc., Clyde Gurule, Darlene Gurule, and the Estate of Christian Gurule’s Motion for Dismissal or Stay, filed May 19, 2015 (Doc. 4(“Motion”).
